I am an international journalist located for the time being in Minneapolis. I received a B.A. in Journalism and German from the University of Minnesota. I am the current Editor in Chief of InterActiveCommunication (IAC).
With a BA degree in Business Administration and specialized courses in diplomacy and media, Omar worked for 10 years in Jordainians newspapers before becoming managing editor of weekly newspaper, Omar also masterminded the establishment of a specialized Arabic weekly newspaper in the UAE.
I am in profession for the last 6 years, worked with few main stream newspapers as an analysis writer about Afghan War and Taliban issue, currently i am working as an editor in eMagazine of Taqaza a newly launched web portal for South Asia
For about half of the time I work as the New Zealand editor for Communications Day.
The rest of my time is available for freelance writing. I specialise in technology and business, but can handle most topics.

After attending several projects and trainings around the world (on topics such as politics, EU, human rights, interreligious dialogue etc), I have started to work as a foreign news reporter on SABAH Daily Newspaper. Right now I'm the news desk editor of SABAH.
